Educational Talent Search Program

The Educational Talent Search Program is back at Patrick Henry. The Educational Talent Search is an academic support program for first generation/low income high school youths. This program is funded by the U.S. Department of Education and is sponsored by Minneapolis Community and Technical College.

ETS assists students who are:

  • low income and/or first-generation high school students
  • committed to graduating high school, pursing a education program and committed to Educational Talent Search Program requirements & activities.

ETS provide students assistance with:

  • Academic, vocational & career counseling
  • Assistance to parents in matters to help students educational process
  • Information on various programs (2-4 year colleges/universities)
  • Referral & resources for ACT & GED preparation
  • Financial aid assistance
  • Scholarship assistance

If you were part of the Educational Talent Search program last year or a student who needs help in college prep material (college information, ACT help, financial aid, scholarships, etc.), please stop by and visit your ETS advisor in room 313.
