Achieve!Minneapolis Career and College Center’s goal is to see every student at Patrick Henry High School graduates with a plan for life after high school. They meet this goal by creating opportunities for students to thoughtfully consider and plan their future.

Beacons Boys and Girls Club & Neighborhood Involvement Program-You may assume that the hallways of Patrick Henry High School are quite after the school days ends. This is not the case with the Boys and Girls Club and the Neighborhood Involvement Program. Every day after school, students have the opportunity to create, learn, and grow as individuals with the support of these organizations.

Boston Scientific is a worldwide developer, manufacturer and marketer of medical devices whose products are used in a range of interventional medical specialties. Every year volunteers partner with Henry’s HERObotics team to complete a beautification project of the school.

College  Possible helps eleventh and twelfth grade students at Patrick Henry High Schools see and achieve their goal of going to college. The number of prestigious scholarships that Admission Possible coaches have helped Patrick Henry students receive is too long to list. Tirelessly, Admission Possible coaches work directly with dedicated students to make the dreams of youth to attend college reality.

Education Talent Search (ETS)  provides students with individual services to assist them with planning and succeeding in life after high school.

Family and Children Services leads groups at Patrick Henry High School that assist students with finding pride in a GLBT identity and students who are grieving over the loss of a loved one.

Get Ready assists all members of the class of 2017 at Patrick Henry High School with succeeding in school and life.

Girls in Action supports young women of every color by helping them make positive life choices and find out who they truly are.

HIRED supports students in finding employment and partnering that with academics.

Hmong Women's Circle provides a safe, caring, and affirming space for young Hmong women at Patrick Henry High School.

Jay & Rose Phillips Family Foundation invests in the creative and strategic genious of the North Minneapolis community in the spaces of economic development and education.

Junior Achievement of the Upper Midwest assists students with financial literacy.

LDA of Minnesota provides students with health support.

MacPhail Center for Music supports are school’s music program and provides unique enrichment opportunities for them.

Minneapolis Community and Technical College helps us to bridge the gap between high school and college by partnering with us.

Minnesota Urban Debate League gives Patrick Henry High School students the opportunity to learn and practice debating skills.

Northside Achievement Zone (NAZ) works with Patrick Henry families to close the achievement gap. NAZ works with low-income families to put scholars on their way to college.

Project Success: Youth development organization where Patriot students learn to make choices and plan for their future through: in-school, goal setting workshops, an innovative theater program, after-school individual services, additional programming (college tours, all-school field trips and in-school artist-residency programs)

TCF Bank: Very generous benefactor of Patrick Henry in terms of financial and human resources to set direction for Patrick Henry and then make certain that we have the funding to achieve the goals that we have established.

TRIO Upward Bound-UMN provides support for students to succeed in high school and college.

Youth Coordinating Board champions the well-being and healthy development of Minneapolis children and young people. They partner with Minneapolis Public Schools to mentor students.

YWCA Contact Plus Program assists are students with character building and personal growth.
