COVID-19 Update and Testing Resources

Per the Minnesota Department of Health, Minnesota is proud to offer at-home COVID-19 saliva testing for any person who wants to be tested, with or without symptoms, at no cost. If you have questions or need further information regarding health resources, please phone or text school nurse Shannon Schueler, RN. 612-668-1968 or 612-389-8960.

The numbers of positive COVID-19 cases are rising rapidly in our city and state. YOU can help control the virus by containing the spread. How? Get tested! If you test positive, stay away from others for the recommended amount of time (a minimum of 10 days from the day you test positive) so that others do not catch the virus from you.

We have all been experiencing the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic for close to a year, and the current messaging from public health authorities is clear. Recommendations about how to prevent the transmission of

COVID-19 include:

-Stay away from others if you are ill or have symptoms

If you are not ill and do not have symptoms:

-Maintain greater than 6 feet of distance between yourself and others

-Wear a mask or face covering to protect others and yourself

-Maintain impeccable hand hygiene
